Let’s go to an old fashion Christmas Eve!

With the holiday season giving rise to special celebrations, the exhibition « Let’s go to an old fashion Christmas Eve! » allows the public to go back in time and immerse themselves in an atmosphere of memories from another era.

An eminently symbolic date in much of the world, December 24th is the Eve of the Christmas which marks the birth of Jesus Christ. It is also an opportunity to celebrate with family and friends! Christmas Eve usually consists of a delicious meal with all the fixings accompanied by other activities such as midnight mass and the giving of gifts.

Faithful to its tradition of promoting cultural heritage on all special occasions, the Beaulne Museum, through this exhibit, provides an overview of the habits and customs of yesteryear during this holiday celebration. Thanks to carefully chosen artifacts such as dishes, candy dish, utensils, ornaments, catalogues, cards, oil lamps etc…they will immerse the visitor in the atmosphere of a traditional Christmas Eve of yesteryear.

The public will be able to admire once more, the richness of the Museum's collection, which is continually improving.
