Introduction to Art, Culture and History

The Beaulne Museum's Educational Service was set up when the Museum opened it’s doors to the public.

Our mission is to welcome students from local and regional schools as well as other clientele in order to familiarize them with Art, Culture and History from our region.

Learning and creative activities

The main activities offered in our annual program are based on the work of an artist in visual art exhibiting their work at the museum during the school year. Each artistic activity includes a visit to the exhibition of an artist from our region or elsewhere. In connection with the exhibit, participants then make their own creation. Our goal is to get participants to develop their curiosity, creativity and perhaps even a passion for art and culture. The proposed activities are adapted according to the age of the participants and are in line with the orientations of the Quebec school training program. An historical tour of the museum is also possible.
